Dafa Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Casino & Betting Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and dafa ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the dafa platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms set out in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please stop using the dafa platform immediately. dafa reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, and such changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

To register and use the dafa platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years and above at the time of registration. dafa does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register, make a deposit, or participate in any game on our platform.
• You must be a natural person registering for your own personal use only. Registration on behalf of a company, organisation, or third party is not permitted without prior written consent from dafa.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that use of the dafa platform is permitted in your region or state of residence under applicable laws.
• You are not on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling platforms by any relevant authority.
• Your dafa account has never been closed or suspended for fraud, misconduct, or violation of the Terms & Conditions.

Dafa reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Should you fail to meet any of the above conditions, dafa reserves the right to close the account and freeze all associated balances pending the outcome of an investigation.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) dafa account only. Registering more than one account per individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or banking details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as stated on your MyKad or valid passport
• Accurate date of birth for age verification
• An active email address that you own and can access
• An active Malaysian mobile number
• Malaysian bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes

Dafa reserves the right to request copies of identity verification documents — such as your MyKad, a recent utility bill, or a bank statement — as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process before processing any withdrawal. This verification process is a standard security measure to protect your account from unauthorised access.

All financial transactions on the dafa platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM20 and the maximum deposit amount is subject to the limits set by your chosen payment method.

The deposit methods supported by dafa for Malaysian players are:

• e-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other supported banks via the FPX platform

Successful deposits will be credited to your dafa account within seconds. If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact dafa's customer support team via Live Chat with proof of your transaction.

Dafa only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing via a payment method belonging to another person is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.

Withdrawal of winnings on dafa is subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per withdrawal transaction.
• Your account must have completed the full KYC verification process before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and verified by dafa.
• Every withdrawal will be processed within 1 to 3 hours on business days for fully verified accounts.
• Dafa reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 within 24 hours.
• If you have received a bonus, the bonus rollover requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed.

Dafa offers a range of bonuses and promotions to its members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The general terms applicable to all dafa bonuses are as follows:

• Each player is entitled to claim each bonus type once only, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be redeemed directly for cash — they must first be wagered in accordance with the applicable rollover requirements.
• Dafa's standard rollover requirement is between 5x and 20x depending on the bonus type. Please review the terms of each promotion individually.
• Dafa reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through abuse, inter-account collusion, or the use of automated software.
• All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonuses not used within the specified timeframe will be automatically cancelled.

• The use of any automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets from the same source on the same sporting event covering all possible outcomes (arbitrage betting) is not permitted.
• Dafa reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager from any player at any time without being required to provide a reason.

For Live Casino games, all outcomes are determined by the actions of a real dealer recorded live via HD camera. In the event of a dispute, video footage will serve as the definitive evidence for resolving any claims.

All dafa members are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy, honesty, and responsibility while using the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

Dafa has the full right to investigate any suspected activity and take appropriate action, including account closure, balance freezing, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

The dafa platform provides the following self-control tools to help players manage their playing habits:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check.

Any valid balance remaining in your account will be returned to you once the verification process is complete, subject to the deduction of any bonus that has not yet met the rollover requirements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, dafa shall not be liable for:
